Furthermore\, exclusion from academic ne tworks hinders active participation in global scholarly exchange. The KAA D Alumni Conference in Dilijan will examine how young researchers are copi ng with these challenges and what opportunities are opening up for them ev en under difficult conditions. In particular\, the conference will highlig ht the role of alumni networks and institutional support\, as well as stra tegies to counteract the brain drain while simultaneously strengthening br ain circulation as a dynamic concept of scientific cooperation.Special att ention is given to the role of alumni networks\, which—beyond formal str uctures—facilitate orientation\, professional exchange\, and institution al ties.
