With AKAP, Association of KAAD Alumni Philippines, KAAD has a very active alumni association as a partner in the region. AKAP offers our scholarship holders the opportunities of a strong social network: quick integration into the job market, interdisciplinary networking, and community. AKAP thus plays an outstanding role in KAAD's mission to promote "change agents". Networking can be understood here as a multiplier of competencies that are particularly important in complex development contexts.
In this sense, AKAP strives for cooperation with KAAD alumni throughout the region and has created a website for this purpose. In this way, the increasing regionalisation in Southeast Asia, e.g. through ASEAN, receives a corresponding response from our KAAD alumni.
