Graduate in Latin American Studies
Studied Spanish and French in Cologne and Madrid, graduating with a degree in translation. Worked for several years at the Embassy of Costa Rica in Bonn as the ambassador’s assistant. Studied Romance languages (Spanish and Portuguese), Iberian and Latin American history, political science, and economics at the University of Cologne, graduating with a degree in “Regional Studies in Latin America.”
